I’m interested in how behaviour emerges within complex systems, where decisions are shaped not only by individual preferences but also by institutions, technologies, social relationships, and contextual constraints. My work focuses on understanding these system-level dynamics and designing interventions that are adaptive, context-sensitive, and capable of supporting sustained change.

At Busara, I work as an Associate within the FaRM team (Food Systems, Agriculture, and Climate Resilience Management). My current work focuses on technology adoption among smallholder farmers and assessing the impact of climate risk solutions on individual and institutional resilience.

Across these projects, I lead behavioural research and project delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, with a focus on understanding what enables interventions to move from pilot to sustained, real-world use.

Before joining Busara, I worked at the Behavioural Insights Unit of India, where I supported the design and evaluation of behaviourally informed policy interventions across nutrition, domestic violence response, and public-sector behaviour change. I have also worked independently on technology-focused research projects, including AI tools for evidence-based policymaking, AI-assisted clinical documentation, and virtual ward models.

My academic research has focused on behaviour in digital environments, including trust, uncertainty, misinformation, and prosocial decision-making. I hold an MSc in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Psychology from Ashoka University, India.
