Aisha is a passionate and results-driven specialist in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Communication. She is particularly skilled in exploratory analysis, data pre-processing and preparation, system evaluation, and dashboard creation to effectively communicate insights. Aisha thrives in collaborative environments, leveraging her skills to drive impactful outcomes.

Currently serving as a Research and Advisory Intern at Busara, Aisha supports the integration of behavioral science research methods in project evaluations. She has been instrumental in assessing the behavioral change analysis component of the e-Health Africa POCR Project, a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation-funded initiative aimed at eradicating polio and enhancing vaccine-preventable disease programs across Africa. This project aligns with the GPEI’s 2022–2026 strategy to strengthen governments’ capacities in combating infectious diseases.

In her role, Aisha collaborates with a team of five within the Health Team of the Research and Advisory cluster. Her work encompasses several high-impact projects, including:

1. User Segmentation
2. POCR Project
3. Family planning

Background/Experience/ Accomplishments: Transitioning from a career in language teaching and learning, Aisha found her passion in data analytics.
