Biography
I am a passionate Research Consultant in Public Health and Behavioral Economics, committed to using research and data-driven insights to address global poverty challenges and improve public health outcomes. My ultimate goal is to contribute to evidence-based solutions that enhance the well-being of communities, particularly in resource-constrained settings.
My aim is to initiate positive change by asking critical questions about how behavioral science can be effectively applied to reduce poverty and promote sustainable development. I am motivated by the prospect of identifying innovative interventions that generate measurable impacts, ultimately leading to more inclusive and equitable societies.
Through my Busara work, I am developing research and advisory initiatives to leverage behavioral science to address poverty challenges. I contribute to qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, seeking insights into the findings and identifying effective interventions.

I am currently serving as a 2024 fellow at ASAPbio (Accelerating Science and Publication in Biology), a nonprofit organization committed to promoting open and innovative communication in life sciences. I am actively engaged with other networks, such as the African Community for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses (ACSRM), as well as the Africa Health Economics Study Group, where I participate in various initiatives that foster collaborations and knowledge-sharing across sectors. Additionally, I am proud to be a member of the Africa Bioethics Network, which promotes ethical practices in the life sciences.
I was a Research Assistant at Adaptive Management & Research Consultants (AMREC Africa) before joining Busara. My responsibilities included developing research methodologies, collecting impactful data, and analyzing data for public health projects. I also played a key role in product support and stakeholder engagement within the healthcare industry, which allowed me to negotiate the donation and purchase of the Medela Hospital Pump for Pumwani Maternity Hospital. This initiative positively impacted the operations of the Human Milk Bank.
