I care most about progarms and initiatives that target women, measuring if they have done what they ought to do and how they can be improved. I care deeply about people’s lived experiences and how to accurately capture their voices and their stories through human centered design and research. When I think about what I want to change in the world for me this boils down to empowering women in different ways to give them a voice agency to make decisions that work for them and better the lives of others around them.
