Currently, as the Project Operations Coordinator at Busara, I focus on improving systems, processes, and tools for projects within Busara to ensure the organization achieves its objectives and goals. I lead several workstreams and contribute to others. My role encompasses a diverse range of administrative and coordination responsibilities spanning project management, knowledge management, project development, and operations.

Functioning as a focal point for ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement within the Research and Advisory Division, I collaborate closely with division members on various activities. These include monitoring and facilitating key project management processes such as project kick-off and closure, facilitating IRB approval processes, contributing to knowledge creation and synthesis, ensuring adherence to knowledge management systems and processes, and supporting project learning activities.

I have accumulated extensive experience in project management and operations during my tenure at the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics. As a Project Operations Coordinator, I oversee multiple critical aspects, including ethics and compliance, data management, and coordination within the Research and Advisory Division. Prior to this role, I held various positions within Busara, where her responsibilities encompassed team and client management, instrument design, data cleaning and management, and participant recruitment.
