Manasvita is an Associate at Busara. She has worked on multiple academic research projects and randomised control trials during her master’s course in behavioural economics and public policy. She has completed her undergraduate course from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and her master’s course from Meghnad Desai Academy of Economics.  She was a part of the Research and Advisory team at worked at Sattva Consulting and worked with several clients, including Gates Ventures, One Acre Fund, Fashion for Good, Laudes Foundation, Packard Foundation & GFEMS, on different thematic areas such as micro-finance, green economy, agriculture, SRHRJ and forced labour.
