Currently, at Busara as the Talent & Staffing Manager, I focus on driving talent and staffing strategies that optimize the talents in our growing organization. My work involves optimizing our talent acquisition processes, refining performance management systems, leading initiatives to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development and ensuring that our staffing decisions align with both project needs and individual aspirations.
Before joining Busara, I refined my expertise across various sectors, including manufacturing, education and training, hospitality, and banking. At Kapa Oil Refineries, I played a key role in leading learning and development initiatives, ensuring compliance with HR best practices, and managing employee relations. My time at Zetech University and Cooperative Bank of Kenya further enriched my experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.
I am a Certified Human Resource Professional in Kenya with a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from Kenyatta University, and I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration at United States International University (USIU-Africa).
As someone who values personal growth and development, I’m always on the lookout for ways to improve my overall well-being. I am passionate about wellness, nature, and enjoy connecting with people.
