I’m passionate about understanding human behavior and the decision-making process, and about using research and data to drive meaningful change. I’m committed not only to generating insights but ensuring research doesn’t end at publication. My goal is to translate findings into impactful, practical solutions that improve lives and drive sustainable development
I am a Research Coordinator at the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics. My role involves managing client relationships and projects, providing guidance on study design, finance management, training data collection teams, overseeing project implementation, and ensuring process efficiency for local and international engagements.
Before Busara, I gained experience in data collection, community engagement, and qualitative research while I was working with different research companies in Kenya
With over nine years of experience in my field, I bring a significant wealth of expertise in project management, research design, and contextualization. My skill set encompasses a broad spectrum of research-related tasks, including study design, project monitoring, data collection, data management, report writing, and providing assistance to project stakeholders. My deep-seated interest lies in gaining insights into human behavior. My research portfolio is diverse, spanning both local and global projects, with research experience extending to countries such as Uganda, Ethiopia, Tanzania, and Malawi.
I hold an undergraduate diploma in Social Work and Social Development from the University of Nairobi.
