Biography
I am committed to strengthening how individuals and communities interact with health systems and public services, with a particular focus on improving policy design and implementation. Behavioral science provides practical tools for making policies more inclusive, effective, and responsive to lived realities.
At Busara, I work as a Project Officer supporting research and advisory initiatives that apply behavioral insights to inform policy, improve institutional performance, and enhance public service delivery. I contribute across the research life-cycle, working in diverse contexts to generate evidence that supports better decision-making.
My experience spans government and NGO settings, where I have supported research and policy work on child survival, health-seeking behavior, diagnostic tools, and digital interventions. I have collaborated with organizations such as Empower Through Health, PATH, and the Ministry of Health, contributing to mixed-methods research, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Beyond my professional work, I remain actively engaged in civic and leadership spaces through the Provisional Rotary Club of Environment and Climate Action and Toastmasters Uganda.
