Biography
I am driven by a deep commitment to improving how individuals and communities interact with health systems, public services and the decision making process. Behavioral science offers tools for improving these and how policy can be made more inclusive.
At Busara, I serve as a Project Officer where I support the research and advisory team where I explore how behavioural science can be used to inform better policy , improve institutional performance and empower communities to make decisions that enhance their well being. I contribute across the research life cycle across diverse study settings.
My professional background spans government and NGO sectors, where I have contributed to research on diagnostic tools, child survival strategies, health seeking behaviour and digital interventions. I have worked with institutions such as Empower Through Health,PATH and the Ministry of Health supporting mixed methods research, policy analysis and stakeholder engagement.
I hold a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and am currently completing a Master of Public Health at Uganda Christian University.Beyond this, I am also a member of the Provisional Rotary Club of Environment and Climate action and Toast Masters Uganda where i continue to build my civic engagement skills.
