I’m driven by a desire to connect behavioral science with real-world change by making research accessible, engaging, and impactful for diverse audiences. I’m constantly asking: How can we bridge the gap between evidence and action using digital platforms?
As Busara’s Online Community Officer, I lead the organization’s digital storytelling, audience engagement, and community growth across platforms. I manage content strategy and execution on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Bluesky, YouTube and Instagram, translating complex research into compelling content. My role also involves supporting visibility for Busara’s thought leadership, including CEO communications and event amplification.
I sit within Busara’s Communications and External Relations portfolio, where I collaborate across research and partnerships teams to bring our behavioral science work to the public in a clear, relatable, and human-centered way.
Beyond Busara, I actively follow trends in digital behavior, development communication, and social media’s role in public participation. I’m particularly interested in how digital communities across the Global South engage with evidence in policy and advocacy.
