Biography
I am passionate about using evidence to better understand how people make decisions and how those insights can be translated into policies and programs that improve lives. I am particularly interested in exploring how behavioral science, combined with rigorous research, can help build more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable systems, and I am motivated by seeing evidence move beyond reports to inform real-world action.
At Busara, I work as an Analyst within the Food Systems, Agriculture and Climate Resilience Management (FaRM) portfolio, supporting research and advisory projects from design through implementation. My work includes conducting desk research and literature reviews, contributing to research design, developing qualitative and quantitative research tools, supporting survey testing and programming coordination, monitoring fieldwork and data quality, and assisting with data organization and analysis.
I also contribute to drafting reports, presentations, proposals, and knowledge products, while supporting project management through coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and facilitating collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. My role allows me to contribute to research that generates actionable evidence for policymakers, practitioners, and development partners working across food systems, agriculture, climate resilience and related sectors.
Before joining Busara, I worked on mixed-methods research across East and West Africa, supporting studies in agriculture, food systems, financial inclusion, clean energy, public health, livelihoods and climate resilience. My experience spans research design, fieldwork coordination, qualitative and quantitative data collection, project management, evidence synthesis and report writing. I have collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to deliver research that informs policy, program design, and strategic decision-making.
