As the Senior Finance Officer – Operations & Compliance, I lead initiatives that ensure our operations meet legal and regulatory standards across all our country offices.

My work involves managing compliance frameworks, overseeing insurance and risk assessments, developing and updating policies, and streamlining procurement and supply chain functions. I’m passionate about building systems that promote accountability, transparency, and efficiency while supporting Busara’s mission to deliver evidence-based solutions across the Global South.

With a background in finance and over six years of experience in compliance and operations, I take pride in finding practical ways to strengthen internal processes and reduce organizational risk.
